How much does the electricity and gas cost?

It varies over the year and obviously depends on how long heating is on for etc. But I would estimate approx £20 per person per month over the year

Who is responsable for the Tv license

The tenants are responsable in all rented properties for the purchase of a Tv license. In a 4 bed house the cost would be £2.81 per month per person

Are there shower facilities

Yes all house have at least one electric power shower

Can I move my girlfriend/boyfriend in?

No, all rooms are rented on a single occupancy basis. You are paying for yourself only not two people.

How long is the minimum rental contract?

6 months, however we may in some circumstances rent for less with a 25% premium on the rent

How much is the deposit?

The deposit is 1 months rent payable to reserve the room and on signing of contract.

Can I phone you to change a lightbulb?

Ideally not, unless its in a hard to reach position. It's not that difficult!
